| 摘 要： | 近年来,安徽省农村职业教育经费总量持续增长,但与普通高等教育仍然差距较大,不能满足实际发展需求.对农村职业教育发展效应的认识不足、制度供给不利、社会资本参与有限等因素是造成这些问题的根本原因.为此,可采取如下政策措施:充分履行政府职能,完善转移支付制度；加大财政投入力度,构建长效支持机制；积极拓宽融资渠道.

| Abstract: | In recent years,the gross investment on rural vocational education of Anhui province is continually increasing,but it can not satisfy the practical development need,and compared with general higher education,there exists a large gap.The primary causes that result in theses problems include the insufficient understanding for rural vocational education development,the disadvantageous system supply,restricted social involvement,etc.Therefore,the following policies and measures should be taken: fully perform government functions,and optimize the transfer payment system;increase the financial investment,and construct long-term support mechanism;actively broaden the financing channels. |
