| 摘 要： | 民办教育可否营利 (甚至是以营利为目的 )已成为近年来争论的热点问题。教育产业有其自身特征 ,从民办教育发展的现状来看 ,其营利性是客观存在的 ,通过加大收费力度以及发行教育股票来进行融资办学是可行的 ,政府的职责应该是通过制定可行的法律来规范并推动民办 (非义务 )教育的大力发展。

| Abstract: | Whether the private schools can seek profit (or even profit_seeking as the goal) has been a hot issue in recent years. Based on the characteristics of educational industry and the present situation, the paper reveals that seeking profits is an objective reality, that it is feasible to raise fund from higher fees and to distributing educational stocks, and that the duty of the government is to standardize the give impetus to the private schools (non_compulsory education) by formulating desirable laws. |
