从“信言不美,美言不信”看《老子》的美论

摘    要:老子关于美的论断是我国古代人们对美的最初探索。有人根据《老子》末章的“信言不美,美言不信”一句认为老子是“美”的否定者。其实,老子并不反对美,他认为美的东西是无为的、自然的;美和恶是相反相成的,美有功利价值;他的美学思想开启了重自然、朴拙的美学传统,给我国后来的美学发展以深远影响。

Abstract:Lao zi is the first person who draws a conclusion on Aesthetics in the ancient times of our china, Someone takes Laoli as a denier of beauty only according to the sentences given above . Actually , Laozi is not against beauty . He thinks the things that are beautiful should be inactive, natural and righteons . His aesthetics opinions started our traditional Aesthetics , that is putting emphasis on the natual and plain things . It has a great influence on our later development of Aesthetics.
