| Abstract: | ??The reform in China has Created new opportunities for the library and information services in research inxititutes;nevertheless,some problems arise in the course of the reform,such as the lack of funds,the instability of library and information staff and the neglecting of theoretical studies. Under the circumstance,in the research institutes,possible solutions and ways are put forward to deal with the challenge. |
