| Abstract: | The paper analyses the positive impacts of"Chinese upsurge"on the Overseas Chinese education,the Chinese media,the relation between of the Chinese and the other peoples.The paper argues that the kernel of"Chinese upsurge"reveals the rapid increase of the international status of China and the respect to Chinese culture by the people throughout the world.It also shows that the Overseas Chinese community face a new development opportunity. |
