| 摘 要： | 企业文化源于日本，它对日本的经济腾飞所起的重要作用已引起管理界的高度重视。我国在建设社会主义市场经济、推进国有企业改革的实践中，也应重视企业文化的重要作用。本文旨在通过对日本企业文化中的先进经验进行剖析借鉴，来探讨如何构建适合我国企业发展的企业文化。

| Abstract: | The corporate culture originates from Japan,whose contribution to Japanese economy arouses great concern in the field of management. In the course of establishing marketing economy of socialism and practicing the reform in state-owned enterprises,the importance of corporate culture should be concerned. This essay discuss how to build the best corporate culture that suits the development of enterprises in China by using the experience of Japanese corporate culture for reference. |
