体育运动对改善大学生焦虑和抑郁的相关研究

摘    要:采用问卷调查及实验研究等方法,对浙江某高校各系01、02级1000名大学生就心理健康状况进行测试,从1000名大学生中选出384名焦虑和抑郁因子分较高的学生进行实验研究,参加有组织的体育锻炼。实验结果证明:体育运动对焦虑和抑郁状态的改变有密切的联系。每周3次、每次1小时左右的中等强度或中等强度以上的运动量更有利于改善焦虑和抑郁倾向的大学生,其调节作用显著。

Abstract:Adopt the questionnaire the inquisition and experiment the research the etc.the method, to each department of school of some and high etc.In Zhejiang 01,02 1000university students of classes mental state health the condition proceeds test, winelection to out 384 worry anxious lies from 1000 university students with suppress factor cent the higher students start experiment research, and join to have buildup of athletics practice. The experiments pan out the proof:Changes that athletics exercise to worry anxiously with suppress the appearance to have the close contact.Every week is 3 times,every time university student for or so inside waiting sport of above strengths such as strength or inside etc. measuring more benefit toying improving worry anxiously with suppressing the tendency of a hour, its regulate the function obvious.
