| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法与访谈座谈法，对影响山西省普通高校高水平女子篮球队发展因素进行了分析，发现影响发展因素主要表现在（1）办队指导思想；（2）后备力量；（3）经费：（4）学训矛盾；（5）教练等方面，并据此提出了发展全省普通高校高水平女子篮球队的对策与建议。
