摘 要: | 公共图书馆绩效考核的内容包括外部绩效考核与内部绩效考核。现阶段,公共图书馆实行绩效考核存在政府部门对公共图书馆的绩效考核缺乏相应规范的标准、工作人员对实施绩效工资制度缺乏足够的认识、考核内容不明确等问题。为此,公共图书馆应采取加强教育,切实提高工作人员的思想认识;积极与政府相关部门沟通,促使政府部门建立符合公共图书馆实际的绩效考核制度;根据本单位实际,积极实施绩效考核制度;完善各项配套措施等举措。
