| 摘 要： | 教师资格制度是教师职业专业化发展的产物。我国目前正在实施的教师资格制度在实践过程中尚存在从业条件要求过低,资格考核内容空洞,证书终身制不利于教师提高发展,证书划分不够科学等问题。我们应学习国外的先进经验,对存在的问题进行改革。

| Abstract: | Teacher＇s qualification system is a product of teachers＇ professionalization development. In china＇s current course of practice, there are still some problems in teachers＇ qualification system implements, such as teachers＇ lower employment requirement, and the empty contents for teachers＇ qualification exams and etc. Moreover, the teachers＇ lifelong certification cannot improve their career development; also the measurement of certification is yet seientifieally insufficient. Based on these studies, this article tries to learn more experience of foreign countries,and do more practices and carry out some reform proposals to deal with the existed problems . |
