课程实施的策略与模式

摘    要:课程实施是决定课程改革成败的关键环节,课程实施策略与模式对课程实施意义重大。本文分析了钦与本恩,麦克尼尔等人提出的课程实施策略类型,并选择了两种典型的课程实施模式--研究-开发-推广模式与兰德变革模式,进行了深入探讨,考虑到各自的优势和局限,以及新一轮基础教育课程改革的实际情况,我们有必要采取富有弹性的课程实施策略模式。

Abstract:Curriculum implementation is the determinant stage in curriculum reform. It is important to choose appropriate strategies and modes for implementing curriculum program. This paper analyses the typologies of curriculum implementation strategies advanced by Chin&Benne and McNeil respectively. It probes into two typical kinds of curriculum implementation models: the RD&D Model and the Land Change Model. Because of their merits and limitations, and the special context of the New Basic Education Curriculum Implementation Reform, we should construct a flexible curriculum implementation strategy and mode.
