| 摘 要： | 民俗无处不在、无时不有。本文指出,犯罪民俗控制就是指民间社会通过对良俗进行张扬,净化社会风气而形成的大量的民俗压力来实现对民众进行行为管理和约束,防止和减少犯罪对社会所造成的危害的过程。犯罪民俗控制自然而然的控制特点可以较好的弥补以国家为本位控制犯罪的不足。
