| 摘 要： | 社区体育组织网络化建设是同我国体育体制改革和社会转型相联系的，它综合反映了从单位体制主宰向社区体制主导，从行政管理型向社区自治型转变的客观要求。社区体育组织网络化建设的目标是，通过建立健全科学合理、精简、高效的社区体育管理体制和多元化的社区体育组织体系，推进社区体育发展、组织、动员居民积极参与体育活动。

| Abstract: | Network construction for community sports organizations is connected with social transformation and sports system reform in China. It generally reflects the objective requirement of the transformation from unit - dominant system to community-dominant system and from administrative management to community autonomy. It is the goal of network for community sports organizations to set up an effective system of community sports organizations so as to push on community sports development. |
