| 摘 要： | 老子以其“道”论哲学为基础,从“自然”之“道”推及社会之“道”,形成特有的管理模式。老子的“道”论,在思维方式上主张和谐性和统一性,在社会管理思想上着眼于自然无为的方法,希望通过返璞归真的“无为而治”使“天下”达到“道治”的境地。

| Abstract: | The social management theory of Lao Zi here was a kind of management ideological system.He extended the Tao of nature to the Tao of society under the philosophical guidance of his Tao theory.Lao Zi advocated the harmony and unity of the society in the mode of thinking.And as to the social management,he concentrated on the way of letting things take their own course.Lao Zi wished to govern the country in the way of returning to the original nature. |
