摘    要:本文通过对体院体育系田径课程的特点,课程的结构与教学“纲要”,教学系统的构成与工作流程等问题的讨论与分析,指出了现行体院田径课程教学模式的不足,依据现代教学论与课程论的系统,整体观与最优化理论对体院田径课程教学模式的构建原则与方法做了重点的陈述,提出了“精选课程内容、优化教学人员的结构、稳定教师教学任务与学术研究方向,按照身体素质教学→动作技能教学→发展专项能力教学”的三级教学模式,重建体院田径课程的整体教学方案,对体院体育系的田径教学改革提供了新的思路。

Abstract:In this paper, some deficiencies of teaching mode of nowday Track and Field course have been shown by discussing and analysing the chractcristies and structure of track and ield course and the teaching outline, the elements of teaching system and teaching procecdure in Institute of physical education and some principles and methods of constructing teaching mode of Track and Field and course in P.E institutchavc been stated accordin go the view of system and the concept of viewing the situation as a whole as well as the modern teaching thoery and course theory the author pointed out that the teaching contents should be refined and the constructure of teachers should be optimlizied as well as the teaching task and the rccaching direction should be stabilized according to the teaching mode of three steps : ①motor ability traning→② teachnique teaching→③ special sport ability teaching the author also put forward the ways of reconstructing the overall teaching of Track and Field course in Physical Education Insitute and showed a new viwe of teaching reorm.
