| 摘 要： | 新中国成立后，高校人文社科类专业发展经历了一段曲折的历程，时至今日，文科专业仍受到社会的误解和歧视，加之文科生令人堪忧的素质现状，使得文科类大学生基本素质的提升越来越具有重要性和紧迫性。增强能力，提升素质是当前文科类大学生培养的重中之重。

| Abstract: | After new China was founded, the liberal arts professional development was experiencing a hard period. Until today,the liberal arts are stiil subject to social misunderstandings and discrimination. In addition, the quality of liberal arts students is poor. Therefore, improving ability and quality of the students is the most important in the process of training liberal arts students. |
