| 摘 要： | 福建省福州幼儿师范学校是我国最早独立设置的几所幼儿师范学校之一,至今已有93年的历史,而开办幼儿教师教育的历史则已长达110年。学校经历了我国幼儿教师教育体系的萌芽起步、形成创业和改革发展三个阶段,在幼儿园教师职前培养和在职培训的教师教育体系建设和人才培养等方面取得了瞩目成绩,形成了主动适应社会发展需要的鲜明办学特色;如今正以强烈的历史责任感、饱满的热情迎接我国学前教育和学前教师教育发展转型的新挑战。

| Abstract: | Fuzhou Preschool Normal School of Fujian is one of several preschool normal schools firstly set up dependently in China,which has a history of 93 years up to nowadays and of 110 years of engaging in the education of kindergarten teachers. It experiences the starting,shaping and reform of the system of kindergarten teachers education. It has got great achievements in the education system with cultivation before work and training after work of the teachers and owned its obvious feature adapted to the needs of society development forwardly. With the strong responsibility and passion,it is meeting the new challenge in the development of preschool education and the education of kindergarten teachers. |
