| 摘 要： | 运用调查法、文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法等方法,对我国6所高校824名社会体育专业毕业生的就业状况进行了研究。结果表明:毕业生的整体就业率较为理想,但是在社会体育领域中就业的比例较低。毕业生就业较多的部门依次为学校、企业、公务员和街道。在经济发达地区,社会体育专业毕业生的就业市场已经形成,超过半数的毕业生在商业性体育服务场所及相关服务领域从业。在未来,这些地区对社会体育专业人才的需求将会出现持续的增长;在经济较为落后的地区,在社会体育服务领域中从业的毕业生比例偏低,社会体育专业毕业生的就业市场还没有形成。

| Abstract: | By investigating,literature,interview,logic analysis method, the paper studies the employment situation of 824 social sports graduates who graduate from 6 colleges in China.The results indicate that: The general employment rate of social sports graduates is satisfied,but the rate that graduates employed in social sports field is low.The order of departments that graduates are serving is school,enterprise,civil service and community department.In economic developed areas,the employment market for the social sports graduates has already formed,and more than one half of the graduates are working in the business sports service place and related field;The demand of social sports talents will increase instantly in these areas.But in underdeveloped areas,the rate that graduates serving in social sports field is low;the employment market for the social sports graduates still hasn't well formed. |
