| 摘 要： | 生涯规划是职业教育的重要课程，它在于引导尚未接触社会的孩子初步了解发展的时代，了解未来环境对人才的需求，树立正确的人才观、就业观，重视这门课程是职业教育发展的要求。生涯规划是门新兴课程，在建构的过程中还存在着这样那样的问题，然而随着教育事业的发展，一切都将趋于更加完美。
