| 摘 要： | 中小企业融资难与雄厚的民间资本量形成的民间借贷市场,在发展过程中出现了一系列问题.通过案例,就如何去培育民间借贷市场,化解借贷风险,合理发展民间借贷,为形成系统完备、科学规范、运行有效的民间借贷市场提出了相应对策,为中小企业健康有序发展提供了资金保障,以促进我国社会主义市场经济和谐发展.

| Abstract: | Private lending market, which is formed due to the difficult financing of small and medium sized enterprises and the strong private capital as well, faces a series of problems in development. Through the case study, it can provide corresponding measures to cultivate private lending market, to diversify loan risk and to promote private lending reasonably in order to form a systematical, scientific and effective private lending market. It provides capital guarantee to small and medium-sized enterprises to develop healthily and promotes the harmonious development of China＇s socialist market economy. |
