| 摘 要： | 从终身学习的视角讨论终身教育体系和学习型社会建设,体现了以人为本的精神,抓住了科学发展观的本质,是非常值得肯定的研究趋向.建立终身学习和终身教育体系,让终身教育为终身学习服务,既是人的全面发展的需要,也是国家发展的需要.构建终身学习体系是一个复杂的社会系统工程,其重要内容有三:一是正规教育的改革,即国民教育体系的改革;二是非正规教育的发展;三是学习型组织和学习型社区的建设.建设终身学习体系和终身教育体系需要有先进的技术支持和坚实的制度保障.

| Abstract: | It is a valuable research trend to discuss the establishment of lifelong education system and learning-oriented society in the perspective of lifelong learning,because this discussion demonstrates the principle of human priority and the scientific conception of development.Building up a lifelong learning and education system,namely,serving people's lifelong learning by lifelong education,is one of the demands of both the all-round development of human beings and the improvement of the whole society.We regard this process as a complicated social program,specifically,three parts of which include reforming on formal education,that is,restructuring of national education system;developing informal education;and constructing learning-oriented organizations and communities.Moreover,establishing lifelong learning and education system needs advanced technical support and solid institutional foundation. |
