| 摘 要： | 本文通过三年来的教学经验和民办高校招生生源的特点,根据教学改革的精神,对浙江树人大学开办的专业从人才培养目标和方向、课程结构设置、教学设施的更新、教学手段和方法的改变以及师资队伍的培养和建设等多方面进行剖析和探讨,以提高教学效果和质量,为民办高校艺术设计专业的发展创造良好的空间。

| Abstract: | Through an analysis on the author's three years' teaching experiences and the characteristics of the enrollment of privately-run universities,the essay probes into the aim and orientation of personnel training,program settings,renewal of teaching facilities,transformation of teaching measures and methods,training of teachers.It aims at the improvement of the result and quality of teaching,as well as a better surrounding for the development of arts design major in privately-run universities. |
