| 摘 要： | 准确的投篮，是篮球比赛取得胜利的决定因素，一切技术，战术运用的目的，都是为了创造更多更好的投篮机会，力争投中得分。根据多年来的教学与训练经验，从几方面谈了投篮技术的重要性和投篮训练的一些方法和要求。
