| 摘 要： | 目标定向理论是研究个体在成就情景中的动机和行为的理论。大量研究资料证明任务定向与自我定向在运动情景中存在,并且与认知、情感和行为等方面密切相关。本文主要针对运动领域中目标定向理论的有关问题进行述评,并提出其今后的研究方向。

| Abstract: | The theory of orientation mainly studies the motivations and behaviours of individuals in achievement situ- ation.A number of researches have proved that task orientation and ego orientation exist in sports,and are closely related with cognitions,emotions and behaviours.This paper makes a survey of the focus of the researches on the theory of orientation in sports,and puts forward the direction for the later research. |
