| 摘 要： | 为了全面地验证课程改革方案对学生掌握知识技能的效果,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、教学实验法和数理统计法,设计了体育教育专业的课程改革方案,并对4个运动项目进行实验对比研究。结果表明：实验组的技术和综合能力测试成绩明显高于对照组,按照整体改革设计而制定的实验教学方案较以往的教学方法更具有科学性和实效性。

| Abstract: | In order to fully verify the curriculum reform program for students to acquire knowledge and skills of the teaching effect,this paper uses literature,questionnaires,teaching experiments and mathematical statistics and other research methods to put forward a complete design solution to physical education curriculum reform program and make a comparison with four sports evaluation.The results showed that：the experimental group of technology and comprehensive ability test scores were significantly higher;according to the overall reform design and development of experimental teaching programs,teaching methods were more scientific and effective. |
