| 摘 要： | 网络时代,在传统公益组织凭借互联网发展壮大的同时,草根公益组织也迅速兴起,成为推动我国公民社会发展的重要力量。然而,互联网是一把"双刃剑",既为公益组织提供发展机遇,也使公益组织面临新的问题。正确认识互联网对公益组织的双重影响,加强网络时代公益组织的管理,成为摆在我们面前的重要任务。这就要求我们通过承认草根公益组织的合法地位、加强对公益组织的监督与管理、建立权威性"中国NGO网络公益平台"等,整合政府和网络资源,实现政府与公益组织间的良性互动与合作,以推动我国公益组织和公益事业的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Internet era, the traditional commonweal organizations get even stronger by the Internet, meanwhile, grassroots commonweal organizations also grow rapidly and become a major force to promote the development of China civil society. However, the Internet is like a ＂double-edged sword＂, not only provide development opportunities for commonweal organizations, but also make them face some new problems. Correctly understand the Internet＇ s double impact on commonweal organizations, strengthen the management of commonweal organizations in the Internet age, have become an important task before us. This requires us to recognize the legal status of grassroots commonweal organizations, strengthen their supervision and management, establish an authoritative ＂Internet Com- monweal Platform for China NGO＂ and so on, integrate the resources of government and network, thus achieve a positive interaction and cooperation between government and commonweal organizations, and promote the healthy development of commonweal organization and public welfare undertakings. |
