| 摘 要： | 规模、结构和绩效的状况及其关系,是非营利服务组织研究的重要议题。对28个中央级民间非企业单位的分析表明:非营利服务组织有较大的规模和绩效差异,业余主义较强,劳动分工与强制同形性也较强,而且在不同的测量指标间,组织的规模、结构和绩效之间的相关性较少。

| Abstract: | Profiles and relationship of sizes,structures and performances are important issues in nonprofit service organizations research.A case study of 28 central-level folk non-enterprise units in China showed that there were major differences in size and performance,strong labor division and coercive isomorphism among these organizations.Furthermore,there were few significant correlations between sizes,structures and performances among various indicators. |
