| 摘 要： | 学校体育应该有针对性地、系统地让受教育者学会科学合理的锻炼方法，并且使之养成良好的体育运动习惯。能否把学校体育与终身体育有机地结合起来，是衡量终身体育的难易程度和学校体育质量的重要指标。
