《模拟集成电路分析与设计》双语教学的实践和研究

摘    要:《模拟集成电路分析与设计》作为微电子学专业学生的专业课,对学生专业学习和专业能力培养起着重要的作用。通过采用双语教学,一方面,使学生能够理解和掌握模拟集成电路分析和设计所涉及的专业词汇、专业概念以及模拟集成电路分析和设计能力;另一方面,使学生具备阅读模拟集成电路相关英语文献以及正确的英语表达和思考能力。本文结合本校学生特点,通过分析该课程特点和双语教学特征,从教材选择、教学内容组织和教学方法等角度出发,提出《模拟集成电路分析与设计》完整的双语教学方法学研究和实践新思路。
