摘    要:服药依从性差一直是药物治疗过程中面临的一大难题,尤其对中老年慢性病患者而言,遗忘是影响其服药依从性最主要的因素。据此设计一款基于深度学习的智能服药管理平台,该平台以物联网、数据挖掘技术为依托,以智能药盒为基础,联合手机APP、微信公众号和小程序等,具有用药计划创建、智能服药提醒、服药记录反馈等功能,还可以向患者提供用药资讯及多方服务监督功能。应用该智能服药管理平台可显著改善患者不规律服药的情况,减少漏服现象。

Abstract:Poor medication adherence?has been a crucial challenge in drug treatment, especially for senile patients with chronic diseases,and tendency to forget is the most important factor that affects their compliance. Accordingly, an intelligent medication management platform based on deep learning is designed,which depends on the Internet of Things and data mining technology. On the basis of intelligent pill boxes,and combined with the mobile phone APP,WeChat public account and mini programs,etc,this platform can not only achieve the functions of timing,smart reminding,medication record feedback,but can also provide patients with medication information and multi-service supervision, which may significantly improve the patients' irregular medication and reduce the leakage phenomenon.
