| 摘 要： | 中国制定国家安全战略、国防政策和军事战略的前提，离不开对现阶段国家安全形势和背景的具体的、历史的考证。美国的单边主义和对华遏制、日本的背离和“台独”势力分裂国家的图谋是目前中国国家安全尤其需要重视的因素。因此中国的国家安全战略应是：保证必要的、足够的军事威慑，保持最大范围和最大可能的合作。

| Abstract: | The precondition for Chinese home security, national defense, and military strategies is inseparable from the present and historical concerns in relation to Chinese security. American unilateralism and isolation policy towards China, Japanese stubbornness against China, Taiwanese conspiracy of independence are the major factors to threaten Chinese security. On this basis, Chinese strategies of national security should be with sufficient military weights, keeping maximal degree of various cooperations. |
