| 摘 要： | 青年教师是高等学校的特殊群体，是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分，他们工作在教学、科研的第一线，肩负着培养和教育大学生的重任。神圣的使命要求青年教师必须具备扎实的教学、科研能力和良好的职业道德素养。针对高校青年教师职业道德方面存在的问题。从主客观两方面入手分析原因，提出解决问题的办法。

| Abstract: | The young teachers are a special group in the university and an important component of the faculty. They undertake a demanding task in both teaching and research. The profession itself requires that they have solid capability in both teaching and research and sound professional ethics. Regarding the existing problems in their professional ethics, some tentative solutions are proposed. |
