| Abstract: | The reserch "science & technology awards and independent innovation"is divided into four aspects in China.Firstly,the aim of science & technology awards is prompting innovation.Secondly,the emphases of national science & technology awards should be prompting innovation.Thirdly,there are the problems in national science & technology awards for prompting innovation,Finally,there is a need of adjustment orientded independent innovation in national awardable system of science and technology. |
