| 摘 要： | 随着信息时代的到来，档案信息也越来越多，传统的低质档案在收集，整理，加工，管理和利用中都有极大的不利，而通过多媒体技术和计算机技术可以把传统的低质档案转化为教学化的档案信息。因此，档案工作必须实现信息化管理，以方便档案工作的管理和利用。

As the traditional inefficient filing system shows much inconvenience in its collecting, management and using, its necessary to bring information means into filing work by making full use of computer, multimedia and other new and highly-developed technology, so that the filing information can be more easily obtained, kept, managed and used. |
