| 摘 要： | 模块技术作为一种产业内分工技术,在汽车产业有着广泛的应用.近年来,我国汽车产业模块技术在国有企业与外资企业间的发展极不均衡,导致我国汽车产业长期停留在价值链低端,成为国外汽车业巨头的"组装车间",阻碍了我国产业升级的顺利进行.本文分析了中国汽车产业模块技术发展的现状及其主要障碍,并提出切实可行的政策建议.
