| 摘 要： | 本文对搜集到的清代福建晋江六十余份店铺买卖契约文书作了分析,揭示了晋江商业活动的若干特点.具体表现在:店铺买卖频繁,物权转移也很迅速,在店铺买卖活动中,中外货币相互补充,几乎形成了公认的比率;家族因素和国家政权等非经济因素仍在店铺买卖活动中发挥着重要影响.

| Abstract: | From tens of contracts of these store business in the Qing Jinjiang county we got , we can find out the some characteristics of business activities.Store buying and selling was frequent ,and the transfer of ownership of real property was prompt.During the store business activities, Chinese and foreign countries currencies complemented each other, which nearly formed acknowledged ratios.Non-economy factors, such as family and national regime ,brought great play into the store business activities. |
