| 摘 要： | 高职院校应用电子专业校内实训基地建设还存在很多问题，针对这些问题提出校内实训基地建设的必要性、构想，并且对高职院校校内实训基地管理现状引发思考，高职院校应借鉴ISO9000质量管理体系对机构编制、人员、环境等各方面的管理加以规范，全面地提高校内实训基地的管理水平。

| Abstract: | There are problems in building of training base tor majors in applied electronics in higher vocational colleges. In view of thcse problems mentioned above, the necessity of building of training base is discussed and initiative ideas are proposed. In view of current situations of training base management, it is suggested that ISO9000 quality management system should be used to standardize the management of construction, personnel, and environment of the training base and improve the rnanagement skills to make full use of the training base. |
