| 摘 要： | 建材配送是建筑企业运营、生产的一个重要环节,配送的及时性和准确性关系到建筑企业的发展,甚至影响到城市建设和发展,因此做好建材配送工作至关重要.配送中心为了做好建材配送,应重点完成以下工作:做好预测、决策,搞好事前规划,做好日常的订单处理、货物验收及库存管理,确定订货点,确定经济订货批量,引入责任会计制度,建立完善考核机制,利用现代化技术.

| Abstract: | The distribution of building materials plays an important role in the running and production of building enterprises. The accurate and in time distribution are among the most important factors for the development of the building enterpriseS and they can influence even the construction and development of a city, so the distribution of the building material thus become a key point of our city development and enterprise promotion. Distribution center should do the folowing well for efficient work, a good forecasting, a scientific decision, and a good planning ahead; an efficient dealing of daily orders, calculating the economic order amount, account responsibility, the construction and perfection of evaluation mechanism, utilizing the modern technologies. |
