摘    要:本文分析了新升格的职院转型时期师资队伍的现状及存在的主要问题,从特色师资建设的目标,人才引进,培训与培养,管理体制改革等方面进行实证性研究,提出一些建设性措施。

Abstract:The period of the first five-year plan,our country higher vocationaltechnical education entered a recent development time,however,just the duty new promotion duty courtyard,how did highlight from already the school characteristic,makes own higher vocational education brand,makes the social widespread approval to have the overall brand image higher vocational education the colleges and universities? Constructs to have higher vocational education the characteristic the teachers troop to become the school the first important matter.This article on the duty courtyard reforming time teachers troop's present situation and the existence question which promotes newly,constructs the goal from the characteristic teachers,the introduction of talent,training and the raise,manages aspect and so on organizational reform conducts the real diagnosis research,proposes some constructive measure.
