| 摘 要： | 党的十七届四中全会从全面推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业和党的建设新的伟大工程的全局出发，提出建设马克思主义学习型政党的重大战略任务，强调要把各级党组织建设成为学习型党组织。大学生党支部是许多党员入党后开始进行党内生活锻练的第一站，在大学期间党支部的培养教育做得好不好，直接影响到这部分党员进入社会后的党员形象的体现及作用的发挥。学习型组织的建设并没有固定的模式，而是应该根据一个国家、一个单位的实际情况，用学习型组织理论的精髓来做指导，以建立大学生党支部学习型党组织。

| Abstract: | The party＇s congress from the Fourth Plenary Session of comprehensively promoting the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the party＇s construction of a new great project of the overall situation, proposed the building of a learning - oriented Marxisl Party as its strategic task, emphasized the need to build Party organizations at all levels into learning- oriented party, many party members ol college students who have joined the party branch lack party life after the first leg of training in the college branch. The training and education directly affects these party members and reflect the image of their role in society. The construction of a learning - oriented organization has nc fixed pattern but should be based on a country＇s actual situation with the essence of learning organization theory being a guide to build a learning college party branch. |
