| Abstract: | We designed a comprehensive experiment in principles of cheminstry engineering, which combined ethanol fermentation with uncooked paddy with distillation. The experiment comprises multi - step synthesis, more operations and unexpected results. It is benefits for students to inspire learning interest and to train comprehensive practice abilities and creative consciousness. |
