摘    要:培养大学生师范素质的实践教学改革是师范类专业培养应用型人才的必然要求.本文结合实践,探讨了教学技能大赛在物理学教育专业实践教学改革的促进作用.教学技能大赛可以激发学生对专业的兴趣.调动他们训练从教技能的主动性,而且,也为提升高校教师的从教水平提供了良好平台.通过教学技能大赛,推动实践教学模式改革,从而为新时期的师范素质培养开辟一条行之有效的创新之路.

Discussion on the Effect of Physics Teaching Skills Competition to the Practice Teaching

Abstract:Based on the requirements of application - oriented talents cultivation, reformation of the practice teaching about teacher- training skills is inevitable in the normal college. In this paper, combining our practice, we discuss the driven function of teaching skills competition in the development of physics education major in normal quality. It is found that competition can stimulate students' interest in the professional teaching skills, mobilize their initiative, and also provide a good platform for college teachers to raise their teaching level. By the teaching skills competition, the reformation of practice teaching model is promoted, and the new mode of teacher- training skills is set up effectively
