| 摘 要： | 近年来，敦煌旅游业得到了突飞猛进的发展，尤其是入境游，更是敦煌旅游的优势。如何加强旅游英语人才的培养，以适应敦煌旅游业的发展，是目前高职院校旅游管理专业面临的机遇与挑战。本文分析了敦煌旅游业发展现状，并对高职高专类旅游英语人才的培养目标定位、培养模式进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In recent years, Dunhuang tourism industry has been rapid development especially the development of abound tourism. How to enhance the tourism of English personnel training in order to adapt to the development of tourism of Dunhuang is opportunities and challenges which the tourism management professional in Higher Vocational College facing. This paper analyzes the status of tourism development in Dunhuang and discusses personnel training orientation and training model of Tourism English in Higher Vocational college. |
