| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来,美国为了适应新经济发展的需要,对职业培训制度作了改革,主要是建立"一站式服务中心"、完善劳动力市场信息体系、开展个性化服务、加强政府投资引导、强化绩效考核和激励、鼓励企业自办培训等,这些改革推进了美国职业培训制度的完善,对我国落实科学发展观,构建和谐社会下的就业体系具有重要的启示作用。我们应该紧紧围绕我国经济发展需要、改革职业培训制度、完善法律保障、构建需求主导型培训体系。

| Abstract: | Since 1990's,the reform of occupation training system has been made in the United States in order to meet the requirement of new economic development.The reform aimed to establish "One Station Service Center",improve the information system of labor market,provide the individualization service,strengthen the guiding role of government investment in occupation training,enhance the inspection of the government achievements,and encourage enterprises to create training course themselves,etc..These reforms promoted the perfection of American occupation training system,and were a great inspiration to the construction of employment system under the harmonious society with scientific development concept.We should unceasingly center on the requirement of Chinese economic development to reform the occupation training system in China,improve the legal safeguard,construct the demand-oriented training system. |
