| 摘 要： | 近年来,民营经济作为我国社会主义市场经济的组成部分,不断呈现出新的生机。但由于我国促进民营经济发展的各项制度还不完善,还存在着行业准入、投融资、税费负担、行政审批、人才利用及社会保障等方面的障碍,制约了民营经济的快速发展。因此,需要营造良好的制度环境,以促进民营经济发展和创新。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the private economy presents a new animation as a part of social market economy of our country.But several systems promoting the private economy are still faulty and have many obstacles such as industry admittance,investment and finance,tax and cost,the executive approval,talent and social bulwarks.All these will restrain the initiation and quick development of the private economy.Thus good institutional surroundings should be planned and programmed so as to promote the development and innovation of the private economy. |
