职业院校教师职业倦怠的原因及应对策略

摘    要:教师职业倦怠是学校变革过程中领导面临的新问题,它的出现将对职业院校的发展带来极大的消极影响。职业因素、组织因素、个人因素是职业院校教师产生职业倦怠的三个主要因素。组织、领导和教师个人都可以积极主动地采取有效措施,预防和解决职业院校教师的职业倦怠问题,维护职业院校教师身心健康,促进职业教育快速、健康、持续的发展。

Abstract:The teachers'burnout in vocational colleges is an important challenge before the leaders in the cause of vocational colleges' reform.Its appearance will cause great negative influence on the development of vocational education.Vocational factors organizational and individual factors are the main reasons of burnout which comes from vocational colleges'teachers.Organization,leaders and the teachers themselves should take some positive and initiative measures to prevent and solve the problem,to protect the teachers' health and promote the vocational education into the rapid healthy and continuing development.
