| 摘 要： | 文章从统计学的角度出发，对政府公共政策、公共服务及公共产品的效率和施政效果进行了探索性研究，提出了政府行政管理与公共服务中，公众评价的方法和思路，设计了公众满意度的测量指标体系，并对测量方法做出了进一步的设计和可行性研究。
