| 摘 要： | <影响教师成为未来"零适应期"中学英语教师诸因素的调查与分析>作为河北省级科研课题<"零适应期"中学英语教师培养模式研究>的一部分,在整个课题中起到了承上启下的作用.该调查报告通过观察、访谈和问卷调查等手段,对所获得的数据进行分析、总结发现有三类因素对教师成为未来"零适应期"中学英语教师起到至关重要的影响.本文从客观条件影响、主观条件影响和其他因素的影响三方面进行论述.

| Abstract: | This paper participates in the program On the Training of Non-Adaptation Primary and High School English Teachers transitionally. The researcher has investigated and analyzed the data gained through observation, interview and questionnaire etc.. This paper tries to probe that there are three main aspects that affect will-be teachers to become the Non-Adaptation Primary and High School English Teachers. |
