摘    要:以大肠杆菌、鸡沙门氏菌、粪肠球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、变形杆菌等5种动物病原细菌为供试菌,对采自怀化的2种植物的提取物及其组合药物抑菌活性进行测试.结果表明,马鞭草对5株菌的生长均有不同程度的抑制作用,对鸡沙门氏杆菌和变形杆菌生长抑制作用最强,MIC为15.63 mg·ml-1;马齿苋对鸡沙门氏杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用较强,MIC为62.5 mg·ml-1.两种植物提取物的组合与单味中药的抑菌作用比较,表现出一定的协同作用.还对不同体外抑菌实验方法进行了比较研究,表明滤纸片法和二倍稀释法在抑菌药物初筛和复筛中的作用.

Abstract:The inhibiting effects of water extracts from 2 species of plants collected in Huaihua, Hunan province on growth of Escherichia coli 01, Salmonella pullorum, Enterococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus aureus 91053, Proteus vulgaris were determined. The results showed that inhibitory activity of water extracts from Verbena officinalis was strong with MIC of 15.63 mg. ml^-1 to Salmonella pullorum and Proteus vulgaris, inhibitory activity of water extracts from Portulaca oleracea with MIC of 62.5 mg. ml^- 1 to Salmonella pullorum and Staphylococcus aureus 91053. The compounding natural medicines with Verbena officinal and Portulaca oleracea manifested favorable synergic effect on the inhibition to bacteria, which differed to the single medicine.
