| 摘 要： | 我国普通高校自扩招以来已十年有余,在全球性金融危机背景下分析十年来高校发展遇到的困境十分必要。本文提出一种可以利用的创新工具REITs,并结合国外思路和经验,研究将其应用于我国高校,以解决面临的融资困境、管理困境和发展困境。

| Abstract: | It has been more than 10 years for the enrollment expansion and enlargement of Chinese colleges and universities.It is necessary to analyzing their developing dilemma during that course especially after the global financial crisis.This paper puts forward the innovative tool REITs,combines with the thoughts and experiences of foreign counties,try to solve the financing difficulties,management difficulties and developing difficulties of Chinese colleges and universities. |
